Corporate Aviation Leadership Summit (CALS)

Not a trade show, CALS takes place at resort locations, creating a relaxed and intimate setting for 2 ½ days of productive meetings and networking.

Our hugely successful inaugural event took place November 29th-December 1st, 2022.

Our next event (CALS West) is scheduled for July 15-17, 2024. The numbers of sponsorships are limited.

Single Sponsor Events

AIN Media Group is able to create face-to-face event opportunities for sponsors to elevate their thought-leadership position. Each event will allow you to present a solution, product, or case history that illustrates innovation in aviation to an audience of professionals and potential buyers.

For these events, which are custom designed for the sponsor, we will provide:

  • Work with AIN to develop content and choose panelists

  • Marketing through print, email, website, and newsletter (with sponsor’s name and logo on the registration page and all marketing materials)

  • All logistic support including venue, meals, and AV equipment

  • Contact information for all registrants

  • A moderator for the event
